The representative will perform property site assessments to collect information, record conditions, and take photographs essential for the property tax appeal procedure. Additionally, they will act as the main liaison for clients, providing them with information about the services offered and ensuring consistent communication during the entire process. Ideal candidates should have a background in customer service, real estate, or a similar sector, along with excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities. A valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and familiarity with mobile technology and CRM applications are essential.
