Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in Spokane, Washington, is responsible for overseeing the recruitment processes within the organization. This onsite role focuses on managing a substantial volume of candidate applications, ensuring that the selection process aligns with the company’s strategic objectives and operational requirements.
Responsibilities
- Administer a high-volume recruitment process to identify and attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR Center of Excellence to understand and fulfill business staffing needs.
- Conduct various talent acquisition activities to meet evolving organizational requirements.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and network within the industry.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in human resources or a related field.
- A demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment activities concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
