**Job Title: Physical Therapist**
Create and implement individualized, evidence-supported physical therapy treatment plans in an outpatient environment. Work in partnership with regional clinical teams to ensure delivery of superior, results-oriented therapy services in multiple locations. A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required. Candidates must possess an active or pending Physical Therapist license in the relevant state(s).
