**Job Title: Regional Assistant**
The Regional Assistant plays a crucial role in assembling and managing a dedicated team that delivers round-the-clock support to adults with disabilities. Key responsibilities include recruitment, staff scheduling, and ensuring adequate shift coverage. This position also involves conducting quality assurance evaluations, managing medication distribution, and supervising the overall functioning of residential facilities. Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years old and successfully pass a background investigation. The position necessitates the ability to travel to Rexburg or Idaho Falls and availability for on-call responsibilities.
