Responsibilities
- Oversee driver supply and ensure adequate availability to meet operational needs.
- Enhance fleet utilization for improved efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage workforce labor to maintain productivity and safety standards.
- Implement and monitor safety practices within the regional operations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and operating mechanisms for tracking performance.
