Job Summary
We are seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Sharon, Connecticut. This position is onsite and focuses on supporting our organization’s recruitment efforts to align with our business goals and mission. The role involves collaborating with various hiring partners to gain insights into the staffing requirements across departments, particularly in skilled nursing and other long-term care sectors.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring partners to thoroughly understand the business’s recruitment needs.
- Work closely with HR Assistants to streamline the talent acquisition process.
- Manage multiple recruitment projects concurrently.
- Focus on sourcing candidates for skilled nursing and long-term care positions.

- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, particularly within the healthcare sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively partner with hiring managers and stakeholders.
