This role involves collaborating with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to implement effective recruitment strategies, as well as managing staffing records within Workday. A Bachelor’s degree and experience in sourcing and developing candidate pipelines are essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, along with proficiency in MS Office and the capability to work autonomously.
