Job Summary
The Registered Nurse plays a vital role in delivering and coordinating high-quality, evidence-based patient care throughout the care continuum. This position involves assessing patient needs, diagnosing conditions, planning treatment, implementing care strategies, and evaluating patient outcomes while working closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and formulate nursing diagnoses.
- Plan and implement effective nursing interventions.
- Evaluate patient progress and modify care plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications
- Associate of Nursing (ASN) degree.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or a compact state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience in oncology is preferred.
