Job description
**Lead RN/Charge Nurse**
The Lead RN/Charge Nurse is responsible for overseeing patient care within a specific unit and works closely with the Clinical Manager to promote clinical excellence and maximize resource utilization. This position entails offering support and direction to the nursing staff, organizing patient assignments, and promoting effective communication within the healthcare team. Applicants must have an active RN license and a minimum of two years of nursing experience, which includes at least one year at the appropriate clinical acuity level. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred, and candidates should also hold relevant specialty certifications such as BLS, ACLS, or PALS, tailored to the specific unit’s requirements.
