The Scientific Director oversees the scientific team to guarantee the delivery of top-notch, evidence-supported content aligned with client strategic goals. This role includes mentoring medical writers, overseeing regulatory review workflows, and offering scientific insight to bolster business development efforts. Applicants need to possess an advanced degree in life sciences, such as an MD, PhD, or PharmD. A strong background in medical writing, alongside a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a communication agency, is essential.
