Job Summary
The PCA/Homemaker position involves providing essential personal care and homemaking services to individuals in need. The role is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for clients by ensuring they receive the support required to maintain their independence and comfort within their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with meal preparation, cooking, and grocery shopping.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean living environment.
- Assist with medication management and reminders as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in personal care or homemaking is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
