Job description
**Job Title: Personal Care Assistant (PCA)**
In this role, you will deliver essential care and support to individuals with disabilities, assisting them with various daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and personal grooming. Your responsibilities will also encompass household duties, including laundering, cleaning, and preparing meals, all while documenting services in an electronic application. Candidates should be capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and must be available for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays. Additionally, applicants must successfully pass a background check and complete PCA certification as mandated by the Department of Human Services.
