Job Summary
The role is responsible for managing the patient journey from the point of entry to their designated location within the healthcare facility, while also ensuring precise maintenance of financial and demographic records.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the patient flow process from entry to their final destination.
- Perform insurance verification to confirm patient coverage.
- Handle patient registration to ensure accurate data collection.
- Schedule appointments as required to facilitate patient access to services.
- Maintain smooth departmental operations to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Up to three years of experience in a medical office or customer service setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications is advantageous.
