Job Summary
The Relationship Banker plays a crucial role in establishing, managing, and preserving client relationships through tailored financial solutions and outstanding customer service. This position involves educating clients on utilizing digital banking tools and working alongside internal specialists to address unique financial requirements.
Responsibilities
- Acquire and retain client relationships by offering personalized financial advice.
- Deliver exceptional service to clients to strengthen and maintain relationships.
- Educate clients on available digital banking tools and resources.
- Collaborate with internal experts to fulfill specialized financial needs of clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year’s experience in sales within the banking or financial services sector.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to obtain necessary FINRA and state licenses within 180 days of employment.
- Adherence to NMLS and Dodd-Frank regulations is required to maintain compliance.
