Job Summary
The Territory Manager will be responsible for developing and enhancing relationships with referral sources in the Eugene area to facilitate efficient market penetration. This role requires a dedicated individual with a strong background in sales and a proven track record of exceeding performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with key referral sources to strengthen market presence.
- Implement strategies for effective new market penetration.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on sales goals and strategies.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Must reside in Eugene, OR.
- Fluency in English is required.
- 1 to 4 years of relevant sales experience, with a preference for individuals who have a history of exceeding KPIs.
