**Job Title:** Therapist
Facilitate individual therapy sessions through secure telehealth services while crafting tailored care plans for clients. Ensure thorough clinical documentation is maintained and work in conjunction with other healthcare experts when required. Applicants must hold a valid Illinois license as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT, along with a Master’s degree in Counseling, Therapy, or Social Work. Prior experience in direct therapy and proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems are essential.
