Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in writing technical requirements and authoring test specifications. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in requirements management tools and have relevant experience in validating high-voltage batteries or power electronics.
