Job description
Oversees the daily functions of the residency program, which encompasses recruitment, credentialing, and educational planning to adhere to ACGME guidelines. Responsible for managing the program’s budget, evaluating performance metrics, and delivering operational assistance to both residents and faculty members. An Associate’s or Technical degree is required, along with a preference for candidates who have a minimum of three years of experience in medical education. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to uphold accreditation standards and exhibit robust organizational and financial management capabilities.
