**Resident Care Manager**
The Resident Care Manager is responsible for overseeing the development of resident care plans, coordinating clinical services, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional, person-centered care. This role involves leading the nursing team, ensuring that clinical documentation is precise and up to date, and promoting effective communication among residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team. Applicants are required to have a valid RN license in the State of Oregon and current CPR certification. Preferred qualifications include a BSN and a minimum of one year of supervisory or leadership experience in a long-term care or healthcare environment.
