Job description
The role of Resident Services Director involves guiding the Tenfold lifestyle by managing resident care strategies, evaluations, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. The director will also lead, coach, and organize the resident care staff to guarantee the delivery of exceptional service. Applicants should have 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role with caregiving teams and exhibit excellent communication abilities. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and candidates must be available to work evenings and weekends as required.
