Job description
The Associate Director will be responsible for leading efforts to create and convey evidence that showcases the clinical and economic benefits of the psychiatry portfolio. This role involves working in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate real-world evidence generation, health economic modeling, and effective communication of value to payers. Applicants should possess a Doctorate or Master’s degree in a pertinent field such as health economics, public health, or pharmacy. A minimum of 5 years of experience in health economics, outcomes research, or similar areas within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries is essential.
