**Leasing Sales Consultant**
The Leasing Sales Consultant is responsible for overseeing the complete leasing journey, starting from the first inquiry through to the lease agreement and coordinating move-ins. This role includes conducting property tours and fostering enduring relationships with existing residents to guarantee their satisfaction. Ideal candidates should have a demonstrated history of achieving sales goals and exhibit excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Additionally, expertise in Microsoft Office and property management software is essential, along with the capacity to adapt to a flexible work schedule.
