**Shift Leader**
The Shift Leader is responsible for facilitating seamless restaurant operations by upholding food safety regulations and enhancing sales through effective inventory and preparation oversight. This position also involves supporting the General Manager with reporting tasks, executing operational duties, and mentoring team members to deliver outstanding customer service. Applicants should have intermediate skills in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office, along with excellent organizational and communication capabilities. Additionally, the role demands the physical ability to lift or move objects weighing 50 pounds or more and the willingness to work a variety of shifts.
