**Retail Front End Supervisor**
The Retail Front End Supervisor oversees the day-to-day functions of the store, focusing on merchandising, customer service, and various human resource responsibilities. This role includes training and mentoring team members, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and achieving sales targets while fostering a professional atmosphere within the store. Candidates should possess a minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a retail or large-scale environment. The position demands the ability to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends, as well as the physical strength to lift up to 40 lbs and remain on their feet for long durations.
