Job description
The Retail Team Lead is responsible for enhancing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction by offering comprehensive solutions in products, technology, and print services. Additionally, this role includes various operational responsibilities such as managing store openings and closings, overseeing merchandising efforts, and ensuring adherence to loss prevention protocols. Ideal candidates should possess 1 to 3 years of related experience in sales or customer service and have fundamental computer skills. A high school diploma or its equivalent is preferred, in addition to the capability to undertake essential carrier responsibilities.
