**Retirement Plan Consultant**
The Retirement Plan Consultant offers impartial support to both plan sponsors and employees concerning retirement savings initiatives. This role includes delivering both individual and group presentations aimed at enhancing plan knowledge and facilitating targeted educational efforts to boost participation rates. A high school diploma or GED is necessary, while a Bachelor’s degree is favored. Candidates are required to have the relevant state insurance licenses, and holding Series 7 and Series 66 licenses is advantageous.
