The Analyst acts as the chief point of contact for the Department of Neurological Surgery, overseeing charge capture, conducting coding audits, and enhancing revenue cycle performance. Key responsibilities include detecting billing patterns, addressing denials, and working alongside clinical and IT teams to guarantee precise reimbursement and adherence to compliance standards. Applicants must have a high school diploma or a bachelor’s degree, along with a minimum of five years of pertinent experience in healthcare revenue cycle management. Expertise in billing platforms, performance reporting, and analytical problem-solving skills is essential for the effective oversight of departmental processes.
