Key responsibilities include detecting billing patterns, addressing denials, and working alongside clinical and IT teams to guarantee precise reimbursement and adherence to compliance standards. Applicants must have a high school diploma or a bachelor’s degree, along with a minimum of five years of pertinent experience in healthcare revenue cycle management. Expertise in billing platforms, performance reporting, and analytical problem-solving skills is essential for the effective oversight of departmental processes.
