Job Summary
The technician will be responsible for delivering operational and support services for desktop computers and associated systems at two educational facilities. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining an efficient technological landscape within the schools.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems to uphold a functional technology environment.
- Provide technical support for desktop computers and related systems at two school sites.
- Assist with the maintenance of IT resources to enhance educational experiences.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- At least three years of experience in microcomputer support, or two years of college education in an IT-related field accompanied by one year of relevant experience.
- A valid Nevada driver’s license is necessary.
- A current driving history report must be provided.
