**Job Title: RN Clinical Nurse**
The RN Clinical Nurse delivers personalized, high-quality care to patients as a member of a collaborative interdisciplinary team, utilizing evidence-based practices. This role involves care coordination, executing the nursing process, and engaging in shared governance and initiatives aimed at performance enhancement. Applicants should possess an Associate degree or Diploma in Nursing, although a Bachelor’s degree is preferable. Additionally, candidates must have at least 2 years of direct experience in patient care nursing and maintain an active RN license.
