Job Summary
The Unit Based Educator plays a crucial role in partnering with nursing leadership to design and execute orientation and educational initiatives for clinical personnel. This position focuses on providing resources related to evidence-based practices, competency assessments, and the delivery of clinical care within the Cath Labs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with nursing leadership to create and implement comprehensive orientation programs.
- Develop and facilitate education sessions aimed at enhancing clinical knowledge and skills for staff.
- Act as a key resource for evidence-based practices and competency validations.
- Support staff in improving clinical care delivery within the Cath Labs.
Qualifications
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant clinical environment.
- BLS certification is mandatory.
