Job Summary
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering direct care to patients, performing assessments, and executing care plans in the Emergency Services Department. This role involves working in conjunction with the healthcare team to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients in a busy trauma center.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine healthcare needs.
- Implement and monitor individual care plans for patients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Ensure high standards of care are maintained in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Must possess a Registered Nursing degree.
- Hold an active California RN license.
- Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required.
- A minimum of one year of experience in adult emergency services is essential.
