**Registered Nurse**
The Registered Nurse employs the nursing process to deliver customized patient care, encompassing assessment, diagnosis, and the execution of nursing interventions. They work in partnership with interdisciplinary teams and families to guarantee exceptional resident care and health preservation. Applicants are required to have a valid RN license in the state where they practice and the capability to uphold department-specific competencies. A degree from an accredited nursing program is preferred, with a Bachelor’s degree in nursing being particularly advantageous.
