Job description
Deliver personalized nursing care and manage symptoms for hospice patients while overseeing the activities of CNAs and LPNs. Organize and implement patient care strategies, administer prescribed medications, and ensure thorough clinical documentation is maintained. Candidates should possess an Associate’s degree along with a minimum of one year of RN experience. A valid Georgia or Compact RN license and CPR certification are required.
