Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Hospice House team for night shifts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide compassionate care to patients in a hospice setting, ensuring their comfort and dignity during end-of-life care.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to hospice patients during nighttime hours.
- Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with the hospice interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
- Support patients and their families emotionally and spiritually during their hospice journey.
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with other team members.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in the state.
- Experience in hospice, palliative, or acute care nursing is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work overnight shifts.
