**Job Title: Registered Nurse**
The Registered Nurse plays a crucial role in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for a designated group of patients within an inpatient setting. This position entails delivering specialized care to individuals with conditions such as Cystic Fibrosis, Sepsis, and Congestive Heart Failure (CHF). Applicants are required to have an active Wisconsin Registered Nurse license or a Multi-state Nursing License, along with demonstrated clinical proficiency in the relevant patient demographics. A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred; however, non-BSN nurses might be expected to pursue a degree program following their employment.
