Job description
The Registered Nurse delivers direct patient care and manages care transitions while collaborating with clinic providers to facilitate appointments. They take on the responsibility of creating and executing personalized health plans and educating both patients and their families. Applicants should have completed a nursing program accredited and hold a valid RN license. At least one year of experience as a registered nurse is necessary.
