Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in delivering patient care by evaluating, planning, and executing appropriate interventions in collaboration with the healthcare team. This position necessitates a commitment to maintaining precise records, administering medications safely, and responding proficiently to emergencies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care activities.
- Administer medications in accordance with established protocols.
- Effectively manage emergency situations as they arise.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of practice.
- A minimum of one year of recent experience in an acute care setting as a Registered Nurse.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
