Job Summary
This position is responsible for providing organized and comprehensive nursing care for patients, adhering to established protocols and the nursing process. The role involves supervising nursing personnel and working in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to foster a secure and therapeutic environment for patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide coordinated nursing care following established standards.
- Supervise and manage nursing staff effectively.
- Collaborate with various healthcare teams to maintain a safe environment.
- Implement the nursing process to ensure quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- BLS certification is required.
- Certification in Techniques for Effective Aggression Management (TEAM) is necessary.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
- Experience in an acute care setting is desirable.
