Job Summary
The RN Staff Nurse plays a crucial role in delivering direct patient care within the Day Treatment Clinic, operating under the guidance of the clinical manager. This position entails assessing, planning, executing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with recognized standards and professional practice guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in the Day Treatment Clinic.
- Conduct assessments and create care plans for patients.
- Implement and evaluate patient care in line with established protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with the clinical manager and healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Current state RN license is mandatory.
- AHA BLS certification is required.
- At least one year of registered nursing experience or successful completion of a comparable residency program.
- A BSN degree is highly preferred.
- Experience in oncology or triage is considered advantageous.
