Job description
The Sales & Service Lead plays a crucial role in achieving sales objectives, providing outstanding guest experiences, and cultivating a service-focused atmosphere on the sales floor. This position is responsible for managing daily store operations, overseeing inventory levels, and guiding, mentoring, and developing the team to meet business targets. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-focused sales environment and exhibit strong leadership and decision-making skills. Physical endurance is necessary for continuous movement, and the ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds is required, as well as availability for shifts that include opening, closing, and weekends.
