Job Summary
The SAP Data Associate plays a key role in driving continual improvement initiatives within operations and the supply chain. This position focuses on overseeing and evaluating data, collaborating with various teams to assist in the cleanup of master data, and facilitating the rollout of SAP systems. The associate is expected to manage product flow effectively while ensuring data integrity through regular audits and the utilization of various programming tools.
Responsibilities
- Analyze extensive datasets to uncover trends and insights that enhance operational efficiency and support effective decision-making.
- Create and sustain dashboards and reports to effectively communicate analytical findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct inventory and supply chain data analysis to support strategic objectives and maintain alignment with company goals.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to devise and execute data-driven solutions aimed at process enhancements and cost reductions.
- Provide actionable data insights to improve daily operational activities, including replenishment, cycle counting, and inventory management.
- Engage in project assignments related to materials, applying data analytics to optimize inventory levels, product flow, and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Completion of a High School Diploma or its equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working with SAP or ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
Additional Skills
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and SAP software.
- Understanding of ERP systems and procurement methodologies.
- Experience in lean manufacturing practices.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
