The Multi-Site Director is responsible for managing daily operations, staffing, and regulatory compliance across various school-affiliated childcare locations. This role involves fostering robust collaborations with school personnel and ensuring that programs are delivered at a high standard for both children and their families. Applicants should possess a minimum of an associate degree or equivalent qualifications in a relevant discipline, alongside two years of experience in child-focused roles and at least one year in a supervisory capacity. Effectual organizational, leadership, and communication abilities are essential to successfully oversee multiple sites.
