Job description
**Site Director**
The Site Director is responsible for managing the quality of daily programming, supervising staff, and ensuring adherence to Pennsylvania DHS/OCDEL regulations. This role involves leading dynamic activities, overseeing attendance, and acting as a communication bridge between families and the school administration. Candidates should possess a minimum of an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a pertinent field, such as Early Childhood Education or Child Development, along with 1 to 4 years of relevant experience. Additionally, applicants must successfully complete a comprehensive background check and be physically able to fulfill the requirements of the position.
