Job Summary
The Seasonal Job Coach plays a pivotal role in supporting individuals seeking employment opportunities during peak seasons. This role involves providing guidance and mentorship to help job seekers develop necessary skills and secure positions that align with their career aspirations.
Responsibilities
- Assist job seekers in identifying their strengths and aligning them with suitable job opportunities.
- Conduct resume reviews and provide tips for effective cover letter writing.
- Facilitate interview preparation sessions to enhance candidates’ confidence and performance.
- Deliver personalized coaching sessions to address individual challenges and goals.
- Engage with employers to foster relationships and create job placements for clients.
- Track and report the progress of job seekers throughout the coaching process.
- Organize workshops and recruitment events to expose participants to potential employers.
Qualifications
- Experience in career coaching, counseling, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and individuals.
- Knowledge of job market trends and employment resources.
- Proficiency in using technology and job search platforms.
