Job Summary
The HR Data Analyst will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights within the Human Resources department. This position requires a detailed-oriented professional who can effectively analyze and interpret HR metrics to foster strategic decision-making and improve workforce outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze HR data to provide insights on employee performance, turnover, and recruitment metrics.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to various stakeholders.
- Support the HR team in establishing data-driven strategies to enhance workforce engagement and efficiency.
- Monitor HR metrics to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Assist in the development of HR analytics tools and dashboards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, or BI software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior experience in HR analytics or a similar role is preferred.
