Job description
**Senior Property Accounting Associate**
The Senior Property Accounting Associate is responsible for overseeing accounting functions for various commercial, retail, and hospitality properties, which includes generating financial reports and forecasting cash flow. This role entails working closely with property management teams to facilitate tenant reconciliations, establish leases, and provide support during audits. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting along with a minimum of three years of experience in commercial real estate or in a public accounting environment. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, and familiarity with property management software such as MRI or Yardi is highly desirable.
