**Job Title: Operations Team Leader**
Oversees a team tasked with identifying fabrication and assembly processes, focusing on implementing enhancements that promote cost reduction and operational efficiency. Responsible for resolving operational challenges, assessing time needs for various tasks, and developing comprehensive operation documentation. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline along with a minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience.
