Job Title: Senior Insurance Defense Trial Attorney
Take charge of intricate and high-profile insurance defense litigation, overseeing every phase from discovery through to courtroom advocacy. Offer insightful legal advice to both clients and insurance providers, while guiding junior attorneys and working closely with expert witnesses. Candidates should possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and hold an active bar license in California. A minimum of 8 years of experience in insurance defense litigation is required, demonstrating a successful history as lead trial counsel in significant cases.
