Job description
The Senior Counsel will autonomously oversee significant Lemon Law and consumer litigation cases, handling all aspects from strategy formulation to trial proceedings. Additionally, this role involves mentoring junior attorneys and fostering robust relationships with clients. Applicants should have a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited institution and a valid legal license to practice in California. A minimum of 8 years of litigation experience is essential, particularly with a focus on Lemon Law defense and general liability issues.
