Job Summary
The position calls for a leader to manage an integrated Data Science and Data Engineering team focused on creating a dependable security analytics system that supports executive decision-making. This role will be instrumental in establishing measurement frameworks regarding security health, residual risk, and the effectiveness of controls, working closely with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a trusted security analytics system.
- Establish frameworks for measuring security health and control effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the CISO to align strategies and objectives.
- Guide cross-functional teams in data science and engineering projects.
Qualifications
- Over 15 years of experience in analytics or engineering.
- Strong leadership experience with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required.
- Proven expertise in security and risk management domains.
- Experience in building scalable data platforms.
