Job Summary
The Senior Finance Systems Lead will act as the main functional authority for Zuora, overseeing billing, revenue operations, and various system integrations. This role involves leading collaborative projects aimed at enhancing finance systems, ensuring robust financial controls, and promoting effective documentation and knowledge sharing throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize billing and revenue processes within the Zuora system.
- Lead initiatives to improve financial system performance and implementation.
- Ensure adherence to financial controls across the organization.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, particularly with IT, Accounting, and Sales Operations.
- Enhance documentation practices and support knowledge transfer initiatives.
