Job description
**Job Title:** Global Benefits Program Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight of global benefits programs, as well as spearheading cross-functional projects such as mergers and acquisitions and international expansions. You will oversee vendor management, ensure adherence to regulatory standards, and conduct data analysis to offer strategic insights to leadership. The position demands experience in managing intricate, cross-departmental projects alongside a solid understanding of global benefits compliance regulations including ERISA, ACA, and GDPR. Strong communication abilities, independent work aptitude, and a skillful approach to utilizing data and innovative tools to enhance processes are essential for candidates.
